On behalf of our Nationwide HVAC services team, I wanted to share an important update on the proactive steps Sundawn has taken to keep our community safe, while continuing to deliver reliable HVAC services to you our valued Customer during the COVID-19 Pandemic.
Sundawn will remain open for business, 24/7, with the aim of providing the continuity of service you’ve come to expect from us. At this time however, the health and safety of our Employees, Customers and Community is our primary concern. Out of an abundance of caution and to follow Social Distancing guidance from our Provincial health leadership, we have implemented the following precautions:
- Strict business travel restrictions for our staff, which includes no domestic flights for the next several months.
- We have introduced Social Distancing measures for our HVAC customer support and operations/technical service staff, but we will still remain actively engaged with clients, suppliers, vendors, and partners via phone and digital communications.
- No in-person sales meetings are permitted over the next two-months.
- All staff will exceed hygiene “best practices” for essential onsite: HVAC Maintenance and Service, increasing the frequency of the cleaning and disinfection of equipment, products, product packaging, vehicles, equipment and facilities.
The provision of HVAC Services is an essential service in Canada, and I want to communicate to each and every one of you that our entire Sundawn team is here to assist you in any HVAC related matter.
